5th Grade Memory Book (Deadline 2/15)

Reported by on 2/6/19

Thank you to all have already submitted photos!

At the end of each year the 5th graders at Nancy Young receive a gift of a 5th Grade Memory Book from the PTA. These special keepsakes commemorate the students' elementary school years. Each 5th grade student will have a half page in the book dedicated to them. This will include a kindergarten and fifth grade photo. Parents may upload a portrait or candid shots from each of those two years.

You will need to log in to Shutterfly with your own account (these are free to create), and request membership to the NYE memory book site designated for 5th grade students by first letter of last name of student. Once approved, you may begin uploading your photos to the folder designated for your child. Should you not find a folder with your student's name on it please contact Jill LaVine

If your student's last name begins with the letters A - K please log into this shutterfly site:

If your student's last name begins with the letters L - Z please log into this shutterfly site

In addition, for other layouts in the memory book, we are looking for photos of your child from their elementary school years to be considered for use in the book. We would like to focus on school-related photos (first days and last days of school, class parties, school events etc). We welcome group shots that include other 5th graders but ask you to NOT submit birthday party photos. If you have a photo of your child participating in their favorite activity or that includes siblings those will be considered too

If your child didn't attend NYE all of their elementary school years we would still like their photos!!!

Information on how to purchase special messages to your child to be included in the book will be shared later in the school year.

Any questions regarding the Memory Book may be emailed to:
